Beauty Tips - Using Beauty Care Products
By
Ray LamThere are ways that almost anyone can have beautiful skin they can be proud of; some simple changes to your skin care regime which you will learn here will make all the difference. In the West, women have taken the task of staying attractive to extremes with the use of plastic surgery, liposuction and other invasive treatments. The financial benefit of beauty care products over conventional cosmetic surgery is huge but there are also health benefits which any other type of cosmetic enhancement procedure cannot match.
It is no longer fair to just consider beauty care products as those used be the elderly like anti-aging products. The number of products available is huge and continues to grow; all designed to improve the health and beauty of the skin. We often forget that our skin is an organ that needs looking after as it has a difficult job to and needs regular help.
The first step in skin care is making sure your skin is clean as pollution like dust, bacteria and make-up all take their toll, so the skin must be clean. Gently massage your cleanser into your skin in circular motions using your fingertips and then rinse off with warm water but only pat your skin with a soft towel to dry it.
To ensure your PH balance is not disrupted, you will need to use a tone after the cleanser has been applied. Lotions and moisturizers massaged into the skin help to reduce the effect of wrinkles and ensure the skin is more supple. Moisturizing also has the added bonus of locking in the moisture that can be lost without its use, so do not skimp on this beauty care product.
Each week, at least once, and as part of your skin care regime you should exfoliate the skin to remove dead cells which will help provide a deeper cleanse. It is important to remove all traces of the peel or exfoliant so you will need to cleanse the skin and then tone and moisturize as normal.
For those people that suffer with puffy or baggy skin below the eyes, formulated beauty care product creams are able to help alleviate this problem making the skin much suppler and improving its elasticity. Taking some form of daily exercise and drinking plenty of water are two things you don't need to spend a fortune on but will really improve the skin tone and feel. It is not a good idea to forget the important role our skin plays in our overall health and of course how we look so taking care of it is not just about vanity.

A Few Tips To Help Those Dark Circles Under Your Eyes
By
Scotie KeithlowIn the day and age of today looking good is on the minds of everyone. You may be a man or a woman but the fact is that everyone wants to look good. Women are more vocal about it and seem to have the social license to pamper themselves but then times are a changing and men are also getting more and more conscious of how they dress and look.
A perennial problem that all of us struggle with today is the aging of the skin. There is no denying that with age, skin sags and becomes less supple. The sad part is that with the pollution and unhealthy eating habits, the process has been hastened and one develops wrinkles much faster then our grandparents did. But then we have something that our grandparents did not and that is the advancement that man has made in science and allied fields.
The one complaint that we hear most often among women is about the dark circles that they get under their eyes. Puffiness and crows feet are generally accompanied by dark circles. With the high amount of time that is spent in front of the computer and television and with high stress at work and a fast pace life, these are bound to happen.
Though dark circles are related to the genes to some extent, there are ways and methods by which you can prevent them. For one you need to ensure that you have a good 8 to 9 hours of sound sleep every night. Secondly, ensure that you drink lots of water.
Other than these home remedies like putting cucumbers on your closed eyes can be extremely relieving. Washing your eyes with rose water also helps ease the tension in the eyes.
If you do not have time for these home remedies, do check out the stores for the wide range of eye care products that have flooded the market. Most of these products have been based on extensive research and have conducted tests to prove to you that they actually work. There are eye creams, gels, balms and many products that you can use. All you need to do is sample some of them to decide what product suits your skin the most and stick to it after that.
To get an idea of what all there is to choose from, you could check it out on the Internet. This will allow you to shortlist the products that you want to try out before actually purchasing them.

The Best Body Hair Removal Options For Men
By
Danna SchneiderWhen we think of hair removal, we think primarily of women as the gender that most often want to remove unsightly body hair, but often forget that men are also concerned when it comes to removing excessive hair on their chest, back, and belly.
Some of the world's hottest, most sought after male celebrities remove hair from their body, and it often gives them a nice, tones and even look because it takes away a lot of the distraction from what usually are fine, chiseled muscular features.
A lot of my male friends do say that hair on their backs and chest often bothers them, especially hair that grows on the back and neck, because that is less accepted as an ideal aesthetic, even than a lot of chest hair, where it's expected to grow on men.
Other than the very costly procedure of laser hair removal, what are some of the other options that men have for hair removal? Well, in short, they have the same options that women have to remove hair on the most sought after spot on their body to get hair gone, their legs.
There are special devices called epilators that work for both men and women to pull body hair out by its root, and make it more difficult for hair at those locations to grow back.
Once the hair does grow back, especially after a few times around with an epilator, it is very soft and finer than it was before, making it less noticeable and a heck of a lot more aesthetically pleasing.
These epilators are primarily made for women, because that is their target market, but there are a few that are marketed for the removal of male hair as well, that are more distinctly engineered for coarser and harder to remove hairs.
They can run the gamut when it comes to pricing though, anywhere from fifty to hundreds of dollars in some cases, and with these devices, you do often get what you pay for.
Some of the complaints about epilators is that they are painful and may make the skin bleed or become irritated after use, but many people, men and women love them, and they do become accustomed to any associated pain after a few treatments.
It is akin to electrolysis, except your hair will grow back more quickly, but with repeat use, you may only have to use a good epilator once every month. Of course, this varies depending on the individual's growth rate and the type of hair they have (ie, coarse or fine).
Another option for men is some of these great new hair removal gels and creams that are designed to sink down into the follicle, and inhibit hair growth for several weeks.
The more you use them, the better and longer they are supposed to inhibit hair growth, so many people love using them, including bodybuilders who rely on a hairless body to show off their muscles and definition to win competitions.
Electrolysis is another option for men wishing to get rid of bodily hair, but this is both expensive and painful. In fact, I knew someone who underwent the procedure several times and actually had a bit of scarring from the procedure. I'm sure the process is more refined now, but I wouldn't risk it.
Some men still like to use the handy old razor or electric shaver to get rid of hair, but this of course results in harder to remove hair and a more coarse and darker hair, since this is how shaving affects body hair. In the end, shaving takes more work, and it grows back many times within one day.
For my money, I'd say that a top notch hair removal cream or epilator would be my method of choice, both for the economic aspect as well as for an ease of use and permanence perspective.
These both can dramatically cut down on your hair removal routines, and they won't put a huge dent in your wallet at the same time. I'd say that's a win/win situation!
Danna Schneider is a contributor to an online magazine for men about male enhancement, male health and vitality,
Male Enhancement and Male Health Magazine. She also has reviewed countless men's products, including what she feels is the best hair removal cream for men for long term body hair removal at

Is the Non Surgical Face Lift Safe?
By
Dr. Jim GreeneWhen we are young, are skin is full of life and has an efficient elastic properties. Much like the spandex from the 1980's, when they are new you can stretch them out and they will go back to their original state, but after time, they start to loose their ability to go back to their original shape. This is no different than the properties of our face, as we age, our skin looses its ability to go back to its original shape and soon begins to sag and wrinkle. Every time we smile or frown or just make any type of facial expression, we are slowly wearing down on our skin.
For some people, they have no choice but to undergo a plastic surgery to pull the skin tight.
Unfortunately, many people can tell if you have had a face lift. When you think about it, as younger versions of ourselves, our skin was elastic and soft, it was not tight, but when a surgical face lift is performed, the skin generally gives off a stretched appearance. Of course this is not always true, but in some cases it can look really unsightly while at the same time other cases make look perfect.
In an effort to save on money as well as creating a more natural look, many people decide on a non invasive means of achieving the same thing. A no surgical face lift is just that, a face lift that does not require any knives or awkward stretching of the facial skin. These non surgical face lifts come in many shapes and forms from dietary and herbal supplements to help get the blood pumping again, to various creams, peels and laser treatments.
But when questioning whether or not a non invasive face lift is safe, you must remember that it is not a surgery and therefore you are bypassing all the possible complications associated with a surgical face lift. This gives the non surgical facelifts bonus points in the safety department to begin with. As far as the many different creams and herbal supplements, they too are safe as long as you do not have any allergic reactions to the various plants and chemicals used. The laser treatments usually will never have any type of complication unless your skin is so thin that you risk the chance of having a capillary or two cut. Then again, this is not that bad as the cut capillary will be cauterized immediately. Therefore the various laser procedures like microdermabrasion will be considered safe as well.
The truth is that by choosing to go with a non invasive procedure, you are in fact choosing to go with a safe way of getting a face lift. Even if there were a slight chance of a complication due to the face lift, it would no way be less safe than a surgical procedure which has many possible complications associated with them.
MicrodermabrasionBotoxLaser skin resurfacingDr. Jim Greene would like to invite you to learn more about non cosmetic procedures such as botox, microdermabrasion and more.

Nail Enemies - Misusing Your Nails
By
Robin BrainAggressive handlingI can't think of anyone who actually wants to ruin their nails. Yet in an attempt to keep our nails looking groomed, many of us go overboard. We gouge dirt from under the plate, stab at cuticles with a sharp implement (or worse, cut cuticles away), file nails down to the quick, or pull at ugly hansnails. In short, our good intentions can actually damage our nails.
You may pine for perfect-looking nails, or perhaps you couldn't care less how your nails appear. Either way, listen up: The less you do to nails - and the gentler you do it - the prettier they will look, the healthier they will be, and the better able they will be to protect your fingers and toes.
Don't manicure or pedicure your nails more than once a week. Throw away anything with a sharp point - this includes metal nail files and metal cuticle pushers. Instead of digging at the dirt under your nails, use soap and a nail brush to keep nails clean. Do not file your nails so short that you expose the area where the nail bed and nail plate come together.
You mustn't be tempted to pull at hangnails, because if you do you risk removing long strips of healthy skin. Not only are these raw areas painful, they are unsightly and vulnerable to infection. A better way to remove hangnails is to clip them away with a pair of fingernail clippers.
Misusing your nails
Nails can do so many things: open soda cans, pry off stickers, twist in small screws, dig into an orange's peel. Of course, those of you who want strong, unbroken nails wouldn't use your nails for any of these tasks. You know that - as convenient as they are - nails should not be used as a household tool. Doing so traumatizes nail's keratin, causing small or large fissures that lead to breaking and splitting. Fortunately, you needn't spend your days wearing kid gloves. For strong nails, simply try adopting the following habits:
Dial the telephone with the end of a pen or pencil.
Instead of using your nails to pry things open or scrape things off, reach for a butter knife, bottle opener, or a small screwdriver.
Use a letter opener, not your fingernail, to open envelopes and packages.
"Start" an orange or banana by cutting into its peel with a knife.
Nails and water
Ask your favorite nail technician what nail enemy number one is, and there's a good chance she'll say "water." Before I explain why water is the bad guy, let me offer this anatomy lesson: to create a strong barrier, nail cells must fit tightly together. Without this tight fit, nails grow weak and are easily bent, torn, chipped, split, peeled, or broken.
At the same time, the keratin that forms nail cells behaves a bit like a sponge; when exposed to water, the keratin soaks up the liquid, swelling to several times its size. It is this swelling that disrupts the tight fit of nail cells. Try to keep your contact with water to a minimum - you should even consider taking shorter baths and showers!
It is estimated that 15 percent of Americans bite their fingernails. If you're among them, consider one of the "no-bite" products available from dermatologists and pharmacies. These terribletasting liquids are painted on the nails. Try to nibble and you're left with a bad taste in your mouth.

Just the Basics - Creating an Everyday Look By Makeup
By
Robin BrainNow That We've Established your likes and dislikes, I'm going to show you how to create a basic look for daytime wear. Remember, these are suggestions only - if you can't stand foundation, ignore the bit about foundation; if you hate lip color, ignore the information on lip color. And yes, choose whatever colors you like - the following is about application only.
Applying foundation
Foundation can be applied with the fingers or with a makeup sponge - or both. Dot liquid foundation on your T-zone and, using your fingers or a makeup sponge, blend the makeup out toward the hair line, cheeks, and jawline. If using a cream or wet-dry foundation, glide a makeup-coated sponge along the T-zone and blend outward.
If your foundation looks heavy or blotchy - regardless of whether it was applied with a finger or a sponge - run a makeup sponge across the skin to soak up any excess product.
Concealer can be dotted on skin that's either clean or foundation-prepped. Using a makeup brush or finger, apply a generous coat of concealer to pimples, broken blood vessels, dark spots, scars, under eye circles, dark eyelids, or other skin glitches you'd like to camouflage.
Gently tap the area with a clean finger to blend the product and remove excess. Be careful not to rub concealer onto skin - this wipes off makeup and creates a smeared, messy finish. Contour and highlighters come in cream, gel, stick, liquid, and powder formulas. Keep in mind that if you are using powder contour and highlighters, they go on after face powder. Contour should be dabbed on features you want to diminish, such as the chubby area below cheeks or on a jowly jaw line. Highlighter should be applied on those areas you'd like to stand out, such as the tops of cheekbones or the brow bones. When using either, dot a small amount on the area, and blend using a makeup sponge.
Using face powder
Face powder should be used after all cream products. This means that if you use cream blush, contour, highlighter, and/or eye-shadow formulas, these need to be applied before you reach for the face powder. Why? Because it is nearly impossible to get cream products to blend well on top of a powdered surface.
This is because face powder creates a barrier between creamy products and powderbased cosmetics, which are often streaky when they are applied, and have a tendency to be absorbed if you put them directly on top of a foundation or a concealer.

Makeup Tips For All Seasons
By
Luke LawreszukJust as we change our wardrobes with the changing seasons, so we should change our makeup routines. Our skin tone changes over the course of the year, and while makeup trends come and go, the classic idea of lighter and warmer in the summer and darker and cooler in the winter never goes out of style. In this article, we'll take a look at some basic makeup tips to carry you through all year round.
In the spring, our skin tones are typically still pale after little sun exposure during winter. Make sure you're using a foundation color that is appropriate for your skin tone with hints of warmer colors. Recently, trends conform with the classic spring style of rosy cheeks and pink or glossy lips, which can help give your face a healthy glow after the long, cold season. Experiment with lighter colors for eye shadow and don't forget eyeliner and mascara to bring out your eyes. In this season, try warmer mascara colors like brown to keep your tone warm.
Much like spring, summer is about projecting warm and healthy. Acne is a concern for those with oily skin and thanks to hot weather, the lighter the foundation the better. Try a simple foundation powder or mixing a little liquid foundation in your hand with your moisturizer before applying. Don't forget to use a foundation or moisturizer with sunscreen protection!
In the fall and winter, our skin tone begins to lighten while we typically use darker colors on our lips and eyes. Skin tone is typically darker in fall than in winter, so reevaluate your foundation color at the beginning of the winter season. Lips are typically darker reds with warmer tones like burgundy, while eyes are often dramatic, with a smoky look very popular in recent years.

The Truth About Professional Products in the Grocery Store
By
Kennedy Senu-OkeYou may have asked yourself, should I buy my products at the salon or wait until I go to the grocery store, because it's more convenient.
Answer: You should be purchasing all your products from your stylist at the hair salon.
Products bought from the hair salon have a higher concentration of chemicals in their products than what you'll find in the ones at the grocery store. These products should also be used only as directed.
*Always Remember* Professional products are ONLY guaranteed when they are purchased from a professional stylist at a hair salon.
When purchasing products that have been diversified you never know what you are going to get.
What is diversion?
Diversion is when professional products are sold and show up in grocery, drug, retail stores and flea markets.
Who does diversion hurt ?
Diversion hurts the consumer, salons, distributors and manufacturers.
When buying products that have been diversified you never know what you're going to get. The products have more than likely already been tampered with. These products are typically outdated, diluted, discontinued and/or damaged without your knowledge.
Although diversion is not illegal there will be a breach in their contracts.
So you're wondering, how do the grocery stores get these professional salon products anyway ?
The products are not coming directly from the manufacturers which is an automatic red flag.
Wholesalers not affiliated with the salons are selling the products to the grocery stores and as usual no one is asking questions since it's business and worse yet all about the money and not all the other people and businesses getting hurt in the process by this activity. However, even salons that have been in financial troubles and end up going out of business have been known to sell their inventory to the grocery store as well.
Are the products in your grocery store safe to use ?
Tests have been performed by FOX News in studies that have found that there is enough bacteria to make the user sick enough to require medical attention.
Products that have been tested also have shown that there is evidence to prove that they were either counterfeit or very old.
Consider this study thoroughly and decide whether it's worth it or not to take the "convenient" route rather than the sensible one. Then again this is your hair and your family members hair that we're talking about. It would be nice to get to a point where common sense prevails over making or saving a buck.
Is there a price difference ?
The professional products you purchase at the grocery store is usually the same price if not more. However once again, you're not even getting the real products and hence you're wasting your money.. so remember that the next time you're spending your money.
Stylists have been trained, certified and have a license in all hair types to give you what's best for your hair. It is to your benefit to use their expertise to help you and your family when it comes to working with professional products.
The "Black Market" is the Black Market no matter what is being sold. Consider this..... you are supporting the black market and risking you and your families well being every time you purchase products at the grocery store.

Limitations of Teeth Whitening
By
Regina KayThere are a few side effects and limitations of tooth whitening. They are detailed below.
Tooth and Gum SensitivityWhen you begin the teeth whitening process you may experience some tooth and gum sensitivity, especially to hot and cold foods. You may get white patches on the gums. These problems will go away after a few days. Or you may try a toothpaste recommended for sensitive gums and teeth. You may experience gum irritation from ill-fitting mouth trays. You can either wear the tray for shorter periods or have a short break in treatment until the discomfort wears off.
Fillings, Crowns, and VeneersThese will not respond to teeth whitening treatment. If you want to go ahead with the treatment then you will have to have the crowns, veneers and composite fillings replaced, otherwise you will finish up with teeth of different colours.
Gum Disease, Cavities, or Worn Tooth Enamel. If you have any of the above, teeth whitening bleach may not be effective.
Tetracycline Staining Do not expect a dramatic improvement in the whiteness of your teeth after initial treatments if your teeth are heavily stained by medication. The improvements will take time and need more prolonged treatment.
Age & Tooth Whitening The processes are not recommended for anyone under the age of sixteen on medical grounds.
Pregnancy & Teeth WhiteningTreatment is not recommended for pregnant or breast feeding mothers. Ingesting even very small amounts of the product can be harmful to a foetus.
Allergies & Teeth WhiteningObviously, anyone allergic to peroxide or any of the ingredients, should not use a teeth whitening product.
Results Results vary according to the individual's age, genetic make up, teeth condition and the whitening product chosen.Don't expect miracles but there will be noticeable improvements over time. The results from one course of treatment will not last forever. Repeat treatment will maintain and generally enhance the improvements.
Results do show that teeth whitening is an affordable and effective way of getting back that winning smile.

Organic Hair Color
By
Andrew W JohnThe original objective from the company that researched and developed Organic Hair Color Systems was to come up with a hair color formula as natural as possible while still being effective. The need to produce professional results , while maintaining the integrity of the hair, as well as the safety of the client and hairdresser. Thus, ammonia hydroxide has to be removed. Over 5 years and numerous dollars we invested to achieve this objective. Organic Color Systems has been used by European hairdresser for over 12 years and is now used in over 30 countries around the world. We are confident your experience will be a pleasant one.
Why go to that much trouble to get ammonia out of the formula?
The simple answer is this- Ammonia is corrosive to the hair and toxic to the environment. Ammonia has a negative effect on the bronchial system. Recent research has found that 50%-60% of clients suffer from negative effects of ammonia based colors. Each complaint is individual and varies from slight to severe. Some of these include headaches , foggy feeling , nausea, etc.
What does this mean to the client?
Clients no longer have to suffer scalp stinging, itching , burning or staining. The salon environment creates a much more pleasurable experience without these negative sensations.
Even pregnant women can now have their hair colored without risk to their child. The hair looks and feels much more like natural hair. The colors have a greatly reduced fade factor. This means the client is able to enjoy the color tone for a much greater length of time, which equates to a much better value and enjoyment of heir color.
For the clients that enjoy changing their look more often the opportunity to do this is increased. Since the cuticle (the outside layer of the hair) is basically returned to its original position, the hair has better shine and looks more natural. There is no unpleasant chemical smells while the service is being performed.

Fillings, Crowns, and Veneers
These will not respond to teeth whitening treatment.
Tetracycline Staining
Do not expect a dramatic improvement in the whiteness of your teeth after initial treatments if your teeth are heavily stained by medication. The improvements will take time and need more prolonged treatment.
Age & Tooth Whitening
The processes are not recommended for anyone under the age of sixteen on medical grounds.
Pregnancy & Teeth Whitening
Treatment is not recommended for pregnant or breast feeding mothers. Ingesting even very small amounts of the product can be harmful to a foetus.
Allergies & Teeth Whitening
Obviously, anyone allergic to peroxide or any of the ingredients, should not use a teeth whitening product.
Results
Results vary according to the individual's age, genetic make up, teeth condition and the whitening product chosen.Don't expect miracles but there will be noticeable improvements over time. The results from one course of treatment will not last forever. Repeat treatment will maintain and generally enhance the improvements.
Results do show that teeth whitening is an affordable and effective way of getting back that winning smile.

Keeping Up With Natural Alternatives To Skincare Beauty Products
By
Cheyenne LeslieIt's always easier to look good if you have the right beauty products. There are an ever growing number of beauty products available for those who know exactly what they need. Typical beauty products can be divided into three major categories: hair, nails and skin.
Whilst there are also many natural beauty products are designed to help, you can't beat maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regime. The natural beauty approach provides overall good health and this will significantly affect your appearance.
No matter how healthy you are though, it doesn't hurt to use some beauty products for your nails, hair and skin because the atmosphere and sun can take their toll even on the healthiest looking among us. Beauty products designed for our hair come in many forms and you can easily choose your items according to your specific needs. Shampoos for example can now have a number of different affects on our hair care and styling products that do just about anything for us.
If you are unluckily enough to have hair that is hard to control then there are de-frizzing agents to help you make it more manageable. Whilst those types of hair care products can ensure fizzy hair stays under control, there are others that have the opposite effect and give volume to dull lifeless hair. There are hair care products developed for all different needs and all different hair types.
Your nails are important too but a healthy diet and some sunshine are necessary requirements if you want them to grow strong. Beauty products can also include vitamin supplements which can help because we sometimes need some extra strength especially if we use our hands all day long.
If you have strong nails it's easy to buy natural beauty products designed to make them look good or alternatively a manicurist can provide a professional service. Some people that suffer with soft nails may find that using acrylic nails as a suitable option as they can be applied in around an hour and are easier to decorate.
The typical view of beauty products used on the skin is divided into two areas, creams and anti-aging products although this is far from the truth.Today though, there are many alternatives and the growth in using natural skincare products, for example, is increasing every year.
It is important to remember that we are covered in skin from our head to our toes. So spend a little time on yourself, clean of the pollution and moisturize all of your body regularly and not just certain areas if you want to maintain its natural beauty. Body maintenance isn't hard so don't forget these beauty product secrets as they can make you feel like a different person.

To Have Beautiful Eyelashes!
By
Deb AllenEyelashes serve the purpose of shielding our eyes from possible injury. Eyelashes work in a similar fashion to the whiskers on a cat. They help us to sense possible impending danger or injury and we can then avoid it by batting or closing our eyes. But perhaps just as importantly, eyelashes are an ornamental component of our face.
Another function of eyelashes is that of framing our eyes which adds to the facial features of an individual. They are very ornamental. Without eyelashes an individual is not only more vulnerable to possible eye injuries but the face seems to be distorted to a degree. Eyelashes are one of the 'landmarks' of the face that we expect to see.
Humans are born with eyelashes. They develop in the embryo between the seventh and eighth week. Just like the hair on our head, eyelashes grow back if they fall out or are plucked. The process can take awhile though, it's been estimated that it takes anywhere from four to eight weeks to replace a single eyelash. The color of the eyelashes is usually similar that of the hair on the head but slightly lighter.
There can be various causes for the absence or loss of eyelashes: facial trauma and scarring, side-effects of treatments and therapies, hair plucking, and even congenital absence of all body hair. Because eyelashes are valued for their decorative purposes, as well as the protective advantages, many people without or with sparse eyelashes opt for ways to give the appearance of greater eyelash density.
From the simple use of cosmetics to the use of artificial eyelashes, the need can be satisfied rather simply and inexpensively. But some people prefer methods that are more permanent in nature. One option is semi permanent eyelashes. This solution is more expensive than artificial eyelashes but for many this is a better choice. The semi-permanent lashes stay in place approximately 2 - 3 months, and they give a very natural appearance. But for many the repetitive applications can be a drawback. Over time this choice is an expensive option.
Permanent eyelash extensions are becoming increasingly more popular as an option for anyone desiring beautiful lashes. The surgical process involves actual implantation of individual strands of hair into the lash line. Although this is a very expensive and extreme choice more and more people are opting for it.
Some experts believe the procedure should be reserved for individuals requiring the eyelashes due to a medical nature or reason and not for cosmetic purposes. Before opting for this procedure one should do a fair amount of research. Learn about the procedure itself as well as the doctor that will be performing the task. As with any medical procedure, certain risks do exist. Notably, there is a risk of infection.
The quest continues for a better and safer way to enhance the appearance of our lashes. A new eyelash conditioner product is now available that stimulates eyelash growth. By doing so it promotes long, fuller and thicker eyelashes. The formula is applied along the base of the lashes in a fashion similar to the application of an eyeliner. The product is non-irritating. With all these advantages permanent extensions may soon become a thing of the past.

Top 7 Beauty Tips For Gorgeous Health
By
Katie GreaBeauty and health go hand in hand. The more beautiful you look, often the healthy you look as a result. For example, when you have a nice tan from holiday, there is just something about it that makes you look healthier.
As we all know, beauty is only truly found on the inside but many people still say the old saying... beauty is only skin deep. Well listed below are my top 7 beauty tips to looking fantastic. Please note, these are only my opinions and anything you would consider doing I advice you first seek a professionals opinion.
1. Posture
So many people dont sit or stand upright. This effect can have many health related problems but even if we are just going by how to look better. When you slouch, you are sub communicating that you don't take care of yourself properly, that you're lazy and that you don't feel confident in your own skin. When you hold your shoulder back and keep your chin high it says all the right things about you as a person. Obviously there is no need to look light Robocop which will just come across as being silly but at the same time make an effort to let the world know you are proud to be you.
2. Hair
Nothing says yummy more than soft, clean and health hair. Wash it, straighten it, colour it. Do whatever it takes to show off that hair to everyone you meet. Remember, hair can be changed depending upon your mood so have fun with it. Try different styles and experiment. Your hair is one of the most visible parts to you so make sure it always says the right things about you.
3. Tan
Consider getting out in the sun a little more, or using some tanning moisturising cream. A great tan can do great things for your skin tone. It also sub communicates that you are healthy unlike a pasty colour would. It goes without saying that you should use the correct sunscreen in the sun and not to stay out too long or get burned. Just a nice complexion is what you are after. Also, it goes with saying but look for make up which shows you at your best in your natural beauty and enhances your natural features, not covers them all up with heavy make up.
4. Skin
This might be something you need to speak to your dermatologist about depending upon your skin complexion but obviously the better your skin looks, the better you feel and thus, the better energy you give off. If you have very dry skin, consider moisturising more. Also, like I said above, be careful in the sun and ensure you use the right sunscreen to protect you from those harmful UVA and UVB rays.
5. Eyes
Ensure you are getting enough sleep as your eyes can convey so much about you as a person. Are you bright eyed or sleepy with bags under your eyes with red colouring. Consider getting eye drops and look after them properly. As many people say, your eyes are the window to your soul. To make the most of your eyes, consider using eye liners or mascara to draw attention and detail to them.
6. Smell
Make an effort to smell good. When you smell good, other people notice and you feel good about yourself with no embarrassment in difficult situations.
7. Lips
Your lips can look so gorgeous and get all sorts of attention if you prepare properly. Try using different colours of lipstick or lip gloss to find one you like. Getting other peoples opinions too is a smart move to make sure you are choosing wisely. This can also be matched with your lip liner and can blend well with your make up.
Ok, just for the fun of it here are two more additional beauty tips you can start with today....
8. Clothes
Always try to dress the part for whichever situation you find yourself in. Pick clothes that suit your personality and lifestyle.
9. Lifestyle
Try to eat well and drink well too. Make sure you exercise frequently and get enough rest. Fitness is ever so important and you should allocate time in the day to keep yourself fit and health. A fit and healthy body helps keep a fit and health mind.

Lemon Juice - 6 Beauty Tips from a Sour Puss
By
Danielle SimsMother Nature has been supplying us with many beneficial ingredients to help you stay beautiful for centuries. One ingredient that can be used for beauty and health is fresh squeezed lemon juice. Lemon juice has many uses in food preparation such as cakes, meat marinades, and of course as a delicious refreshing summer beverage. It also has a variety of uses for beauty as well. From head to toe, this juice provides many benefits. Here are 10 uses to keep you looking good:
Healthy Fingernails: Soak your fingernails in lemon juice for about 10 minutes. Then brush your fingernails with a tooth brush or nail brush using a mixture of 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 warm water and then rinse with warm water.
This treatment helps your fingernails stay strong and bright and you will be surprised at how shiny and amazing your fingernails look!
Get Rid of Blackheads: Rub lemon juice over the area of your face that has blackheads right before you go to bed at night. Rinse your face with cool water when you wake up. Repeat this procedure every night until blackheads are gone.
Brighten your skin: I remember as a little girl, I liked to crawl around on my bare knees on the carpet and outside. My knees became rough and darker.so my grandmother would rub half of a fresh lemon on my knees to brighten and soften them up.
You can use fresh lemon juice on any area of your body, including your face to brighten up and soften your skin. Simply rub a fresh lemon on this area before you go to bed at night. You can also add 1/2 cup of fresh juice to your bath water and soak for 20 minutes for an all over treatment.
Hair Conditioner: Dull, damaged hair will benefit from lemon juice by combining 3/4 cup Olive Oil, with 1/2 cup raw honey and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Set the mixture aside. After shampooing your hair, towel dry your hair and work the lemon juice mixture in your hair by combing it evenly throughout your hair. Then cover hair with a plastic cap for a 1/2 hour. Shampoo and rinse this conditioner out of your hair.
Add Blond Highlights to your Hair: The all natural alternative to hair dyes and bleach is to use 1/4 cup lemon juice and 3/4 cup water mixed together and applied to your hair. Sit in the sun for 25 minutes for lighter colored hair.
Breath Freshener: The citric acid content of lemons is a powerful killer of odor causing bacteria. You can quickly freshen bad breath by squirting a few drops of lemon juice into your mouth, swish it around for about 15 seconds and then swallow it.

How To Pick The Best Foundation
By
Carol CliftonShopping for the perfect foundation seems as though it should be a fairly simple enjoyable task. While it should be FUN you currently have so many available options on the market today with the same amount of propaganda that it makes shopping for foundation very confusing. Now ADD...Pretty packaging in addition to a crafty convincing Cosmetic counter girl and this whole shopping process can send you home with a totally wrong foundation for your skin. Be a smart consumer! when selecting the best foundation for your specific need and lifestyle. Foundations are not at all like they were in the dark ages of your mother. My mom used to wear Max Factor's Pancake make-up...Get the picture? Yes! It looked as if you had painted thick latex paint on your face. Foundations are currently available in a wide variety of creams, lotions and even powders today. You will also find that coverage can be from a bare minimum to practically bulletproof.
Keep in mind your objectives and goals when shopping for just the perfect foundation. Most women just need foundation to hide small skin imperfections as well as evening out their skin tone. If you require additional concealing, then you will want to purchase an additional product or two to correct you exact skin imperfections and/or blemishes.
It seems as though Mineral Make up has hit the seen with a vengeance. It is the hottest thing going in the foundation arena. You will find that you apply Minerals with a large brush. They come in both pressed and loose powders although both are equally messy. They generally create a fairly dewy, flawless light finish. Speaking of light they do reflect light in a luminous manor. You can find minerals from Walmart to Saks and all points in between with many in each category worth check out.
You will find many types of foundations on the shelves and at your local department counters to entice you. Some of choices availalbe are tinted moisturizers most of which pose as bronzers, compact foundations, most of which are very heavy, whipped foundations which generally offer only a light coverage.
On to Liquid Foundations...I tend to go back to liquid foundation every time. It is so easy and simple to blend to a flawless finish using a brush. You will also find that the blending capabilities allow you to add new pearlizers, shadows, bronzing powders to your foundation to create the luminosity you want to achieve. Foundations are offered in both Oil based or Water based as well as fragrance free. Many Foundations on the market are now on non-comogenic, which means they will not clog your pores. Plenty of those non-comogenic foundations are also long lasting and some are waterproof.
Hope this helps you with choosing your new foundation. If all else fails...ask your friends and even a few strangers what they wear. If you find some new great ones out there, please share with me.

Your Guide to Healthy Skin
By
Brendan WildeOur skin perform many important functions that we take for granted most of the time, despite the fact that it's the body's largest organ. Understanding how the skin works and common problems can help keep that natural healthy glow.
For most adults, their skin will cover almost two kilometres in area and can make up to about a sixth of their body weight.
Did you know... skin replace itself regularly - new cells replace old ones every four weeks or so. Your skins thickness varies on different parts of your body - for example, the soles of your feet, which have tougher time, have thicker skin.
Your kin is made up of a high percentage of water, similar to most other parts of your body - in fact skin has up to 20% of your body's total water content. To stay healthy, your skin needs to maintain a high percentage of water and you need to make sure you keep your skin hydrated - especially after excess exposure to sun or wind which will dry out your skin. Drinking water and using moisturizers are two easy ways to maintain your skins water content.
Your skin is made up of three layers, the outer layer i called the epidermis and this has four layers of it's own. This where the old, dead skin cells are shed and replaced by new cells from the skins deeper layers which are known as the dermis and subcutaneous layers.
So what does our skin do?
One of the main functions of the skin is to keep the body's temperature at safe levels at all times, so regulating it when we are too hot or too cold. Our body's temperature should stay around 37 degrees Celsius and our skin helps us to do this, when we are hot, sweat will evaporate to help us keep cool, and when we're cold, hairs stand up on end, trapping air which helps us to stay warm. Many outside factors influence the health of our skin and limiting their effects is one of the ways we can all help to maintain healthy skin. Your skin plays an important role in protecting you from ultraviolet rays, bacteria and dehydration.
Skin complaintsSkin complaints range from more common dry skin to eczema, psoriasis and veruccas and can affect anyone. If you are concerned about your skin or would like further information about how to treat and existing conditions you can ask your pharmacist for advice and guidance on the best treatments.
Dry Skin
Your skin is directly exposed to the elements and can dry out because of extremes in the weather, excess sun, wind or cold. Our skin contains a high level of water and will become dry and flaky if it dries out. You may feel your skin becoming itchy and peeling.
There are many ways that you can prevent and treat dry skin. To try and stop your skin drying out you should aim to apply moisturizer once a day, in particular to vulnerable areas on your hands and face. Also try to keep hydrated - it is recommended that you drink eight lasses of water, juice or soft drinks everyday. Protecting yourself in extreme weather conditions will also help to prevent dry and cracked skin so try and cover up with gloves and a scarf in winter weather and a hat in summer. Visit your pharmacist for advice on the best kind of protection for you.
Eczema
Eczema is a group of skin conditions, often called dermatitis. These conditions can range from mild to quite serious and can affect people of all ages. Eczema is not contagious and at the moment there is no cure, only treatments. Eczema symptoms can range from dry, hot and itchy skin to raw. Inflamed and bleeding skin.
Estimates suggest that 1 in 5 children of school age has eczema and the figure for adults is around 1 in 12.
There are many different causes of eczema and they differ for different people - what is a trigger for you may not affect someone else at all. There are also different types of eczema - some are inherited and these are usually triggered by allergic reactions to things in the environment; for example dust or animal fur. Other types of eczema are caused by exposure to irritants which could include washing powder or chemicals in some household products.
There are a range of treatments available that can help reduce the symptoms of eczema and there are steps that you can take to reduce the likelihood of symptoms occurring again. Visit your pharmacist to discuss treatments for eczema. This could include bath oils, emollients, creams, lotions or, for more serious conditions, steroid preparations.
It is important that you prevent moisture loss from your skin as much as possible and these treatments will help. To minimize future outbreaks of eczema you can also try using in perfumed soap and non biological washing powders.
Acne
Acne affects many of us at some time in our lives. It is estimated that up to 90& of teenagers have acne at some point. However it is a common misconception that acne occurs only in teenagers. In fact it can affect up to 25% of adult men and 50% of adult women.
Acne is a condition which causes the skin to develop small red lumps. You will usually see them on the face, arms, back and chest. It is caused by overactive oil glands which results in blocked pores in the skin causing blackheads, whitehead or deep lumps or cysts. Acne usually occurs in teenagers and can continue for some people in their 40's or 50's.
Pregnancy or menstruation can contribute to outbreaks of acne, as can pollution, humidity or extreme heat or cold.
Early treatment for acne is important as it can make you self-conscious and in severe cases can cause scarring. Treatments are available from your pharmacist in the form of creams, lotions or gels which contain benzoyl peroxide. If your acne is severe you should consult your doctor who may recommend that you use a stronger treatments or an antibiotic.

Tanning Bed Hazard - Everything You Need To Know
By
Robert NewsomeTanning is a practice that many have enjoyed for years. The benefits of tanning can span from a healthy glow, to an increase in Vitamin D and visibly less symptoms for eczema and psoriasis. Just as there are positive points to tanning, there are tanning bed hazards that everyone should know for their own protection.
Cover Your EyesOne major tanning bed hazard that tends to be overlooked is the eyes. Your eyesight is one of the most significant sensory organs in your body and should be protected from any harm. Eye damage can exist as burnt corneas or even cataracts later on in life. Protective eyewear should be utilized when in a tanning bed or using a UV sunlamp. Specialized tanning goggles are the best form of preventative measures and are available at any salon where tanning is performed. If the tanning salon does not have eye protection then be very leery of their tanning practices.
Protect Your SkinYour skin should be protected from the extremes of tanning bed hazards. Abuse of tanning beds or over-exposure for a long period of time can cause skin cancer that may spread over the course of time. Always keep in mind the amount of time you expose your skin to UV rays, keeping the duration at a moderate level in order to avoid burning. Severe skin burns can increase the chances of skin cancer later on in life. The use of tanning lotions can help aid the skin in darkening without the risk of burning. It also can keep that healthy glow longer.
No Under 18's Allowed
There has been evidence to show that teenagers should avoid over-exposure to the sun or tanning beds due to their age and body composition. During the teen years, a child is growing at a rapid rate; therefore the skin cells are developing and dividing at a similar pace. If use of a tanning bed promotes the cells to produce more melanin than normal, it could affect these cells negatively and aid in the production of malignant melanoma or other types of skin cancer. To avoid this tanning bed hazard, teenagers are encouraged to make use of self-tanning creams or 'spray tans' if they wish to have a darker, healthier skin tone.
Check Your Medication
Certain medications can make a tanning bed user more susceptible to tanning bed hazards. The user's skin can be more sensitive to the UV rays therefore increasing the risks that are already apparent. Always check with your doctor before using tanning beds if you are taking medication that may increase your sensitivity to UV rays.
Tanning bed hazards have been known for years, but it is up to the user to whether or not they will acknowledge these warnings and protect themselves accordingly. The decisions you make today regarding your health can affect your body and life in the future. Once you educate yourself to the disadvantages you can make an informed decision to how you would like to use tanning beds today or in the near future.

Facial Moisturizers and Eye Creams
By
Robin BrainMoisturizers do Two Things: trap moisture below your skin's outer layer and soften skin's outer layer. This moisture and added softness makes dry or just dehydrated - skin temporarily feel better, look better, and behave better. Like other skin-care products, however, there is no such thing as a one-formula-fits-all moisturizer. Here, we offer you a moisturizing primer.
Facial moisturizers
There is a dizzying array of facial moisturizers out there: gels, serums, lotions, creams, and balms. Some come in tubes, others in pump bottles, jars, or tubs. There are lightweight formulas for skin that doesn't need a lot of hydration and heavy-duty formulas for severely dehydrated skins. And there are moisturizers at all points between, some even with treatment ingredients designed to temporarily repair damaged skin. For the consumer, the choice can be confusing.
Unlike cleanser, which doesn't spend a lot of time on skin, moisturizer remains on skin all day.
For that reason, it's important to research and experiment until you find one your skin responds well to. Keep in mind, however, that not everyone needs moisturizer. (I realize this is not what the lady at the cosmetics counter told you.) Oily and even some normal complexions have enough sebum - the body's own natural moisturizer - to trap moisture and soften skin; for these skins, adding something from a jar is overkill.
If qou live in a humid area and have a dry or normal complexion, your skin may turn slick and greasy in the summer. If this sounds familiar, try going without moisturizer during the hotter months of summer.
Eye creams
Eye creams are typically lighter in texture than most facial moisturizers and are formulated not to harm the eye's delicate tissues. I was a loyal eye-cream user during my young adult years, when my face was too oily for a moisturizer yet I needed something to address the slight dryness under my eyes. I am no longer an eye-cream user. The moisturizer I use on my face is the same one that gets patted under my eyes.
I realize that not everyone agrees with this. Many cosmetic-company salespeople and aestheticians - including my own facialist - strongly believe in using a separate cream for the eye area. Yet I know just as many dermatologists - including my own doctor who think it's fine to use one moisturizer on all parts of your face. As long as, may I add, that moisturizer doesn't contain treatment ingredients that can irritate the delicate skin around the eye.
Throat creams
Throat creams are a bit like eye creams - some people find them helpful, but they're not necessary. Because the neck has fewer oil glands than the face, it is frequently drier. To help combat this drier texture, throat creams are often heavier than facial creams. Many also contain ingredients to temporarily firm skin, creating a tighter, younger look. If you consider your neck a problem area, go ahead and try a throat cream. However, if your medicine cabinet is already packed with skin-care products you don't use, a throat cream might become one more product to gather dust.

Natural And Organic Beauty Products
By
Loise EvansI had to write this article. So many people are buying beauty products and jewelry on the market who are unaware of the potential dangers these products can pose to your health, if you are not sure of what to look for. In good conscience, I can not sell beauty products and jewelry to anyone that I know contains ingredients that are potentially harmful to them.
The skin on your body is an organ. Your skin breaths and absorbs whatever you put on it. Just like the foods you eat, you would not knowingly eat something you know would harm you.
Consequently, that is exactly what you are doing when you apply beauty products and put jewelry on your body which contain man made chemicals or man made metals. You know the saying, "if you can't read it, don't' eat it". The same goes for beauty products and jewelry, if you can not identify each ingredient, do not put it on your skin.
Many people do not realize that some of their allergies can come from the beauty products and jewelry that they put on their body. The chemicals or metals causing your allergies could be in your shampoos, conditioners, lotions, soaps, shower gels, skin creams, shaving creams, even your jewelry. My experience with such chemical laden products and fake jewelry had been awful. I've stopped buying chemical laden products. I now look for the ingredients and read labels on all of my beauty products, as well as my food products. It may take a little more time, but I think your health is well worth it.
Now what you want to look for when buying beauty products and fine jewelry are terms such as "natural", "organic", "pure", "genuine", "100 percent". Even better yet, when you are going to purchase beauty products or jewelry, and the ingredients or compositions are not disclosed, I would think twice before purchasing. My thought is, "what are they hiding". If the product is "good for you, it will be good to you".
Originally, I had been searching the internet looking for natural and organic beauty products, as well as, pure and genuine jewelry to purchase for my family and myself. Then the thought hit me, that the hours I had invested for my family and I, could benefit anyone looking for the same quality and type of products. I was so impressed with the companies that I had found, that I had to create a website that would save the public time and effort, and would give you the best one-stop online shopping for natural and organic beauty products I've found so far on the internet.
Our website was created to offer the best natural and organic beauty products, jewelry, and more.

Exercise Helps Promote Natural Growth Of Hair
By
Andrew StrattonOne of the problems plaguing two out of three individuals these days is the rapid loss of hair. The loss of hair is not only premature but resulting in the baldness of individual. Maintaining Healthy Nails
By
Paul RodgersThe condition of nails reflect the quality of tissue production in the body as nails are considered to be the waste product of bones (asthi dhatu) Healthy nails are pink, smooth and evenly shaped. Healthy nails are often a sign of good health, while bad nails are often a tip off to more serious problems. Dermatologists say healthy nails are an important part of overall health. The steps in cultivating and maintaining healthy nails are quite simple.
Many less than desirable nail conditions can be avoided through proper care, but some actually indicate an illness that requires attention. But a little basic nail care can go a long way to keeping your nails in healthy condition. Keep nails on the shorter side, which are easier to care for. Soak toenails if they are thick or difficult to cut, if you are diabetic, you may need a health care professional to help with trimming diseased nails. Like a great new haircut or a terrific skin care regimen, healthy,well-manicured nails are an integral part of a neat, pulled-together appearance- one that can work as an asset in both the social and the business world.
There are several nail problems that are caused due to hereditary factors, lack of proper care, negligence and vitamin and protein deficiencies in your diet. After diet, stress is the next important factor causing nail problems. Minerals, calcium, vitamins all are the essential components of our balanced diet. Consume a high fiber diet with plenty of green leafy vegetables and reduce your weight if you are overweight. If you are concerned that your diet may not be balanced and healthy you should consult a medical or nutritional professional.
Toenails are a great indicator of the health of your feet. Toenails of people of all ages can undergo a range of changes, some of which are relatively common. Major toenail problem culprits are incorrectly fitting shoes, which press too tightly on the toenails. The main nutritional tip of nail care is to acquire plenty of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B12, as all these works on your finger and toenails. The fungi that cause onychomycosis affect the toenails about four times more often than fingernails and, like many organisms that cause disease, they grow where it's warm and moist. Most often, nail fungus appears in the toenails because socks and shoes keep the toenails dark, warm, and moist.
Also nails can reveal a lot about the body's internal health like healthy nails are often a sign of good health that may require high protein diet while bad nails often shows sign of serious health problems. Toenail fungus is a living organism that thrives in dark, damp environments such as under and around nails. Nail Fungus is a tough condition to have, not only it damages your nail, but it is also an embarrassing problem that affects around 13% of people across America. Nail fungus is more popular among old adults for several reasons, including decreased blood circulation, much years of vulnerability to fungi and because nails may rise more slowly and thicken with aging, making them more vulnerable to transmission. Having realistic expectations about how long it will take to get rid of nail fungus is as important as following your doctor's instructions. In our view, Zeta Clear is the first and best option for natural nail fungus treatment.
There are many natural remedies and supplements, which can be helpful for you to give natural nail care. These are some of the vitamins and proteins which can be helpful for you to get healthy nail care. There are many Herbal care products in the market, which ensures healthy nails. Zeta Clear Nail Care includes the concentrated essence of a substance, which creates a relieving effect on our nails and toes and brings about the desired effect. Apply the Zeta Clear with brush applicator to affected nail three times per day as or as your health care provide suggests.

Mineral Makeup - Is it For You?
By
Janet E JohnsonYou may have been hearing a lot lately about the wonders of mineral makeup. Everywhere you look from drugstores to fine department store makeup departments to television commercials to Internet ads, people are exclaiming over the miracles of this makeup. And you are probably wondering if all the hype is true and if you should try it.
The truth is that this is really not new. It's been around for about 30 years. However, advances in research and technology have had a huge impact on how the makeup is made and how it works. Today's mineral makeup goes on much more smoothly and provides coverage that is much like the airbrushing techniques used by celebrities. In fact, many celebrities have joined the mineral makeup craze and swear by it.
Benefits:
*Another aspect of mineral makeup that has moved it to the forefront of makeup today is the fact that it is made from all-natural ingredients. With society's ever-rising interest in all things "green," this has made mineral makeup especially appealing to people who are interested in ecology.
The fact that it's made from all-natural ingredients gives mineral makeup several other advantages. The makeup contains not just ingredients that are natural, but that are actually good for your skin. It can help rejuvenate and refresh your skin. Plus, mineral makeup is hypoallergenic, so it's terrific for people who have allergies to ordinary makeup.
*Extremely gentle on your skin. It is light and doesn't clog pores. This makes it the perfect choice for people who suffer from acne. Many people even choose to sleep in it. It's that gentle!
*It can reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Traditional powders often make wrinkles more apparent, not less, especially in fine lines like crow's feet. Makeup and powders usually cake up in these types of areas and actually make them look deeper than they are. It eliminates this problem because it is so light and doesn't cake.
So given all these benefits, it's certainly worth giving it a try. After all, we all want to use makeup that is good for our skin and can actually nourish it-plus make us look better and younger!
There are a lot of brands out there, though, and they aren't all the same. You want to read the ingredients carefully. Some companies are known to use synthetic ingredients in their products. Look for ones that are all-natural.
You may want to seek the help of the cosmetic expert at your local department store and get a recommendation on which brand is best for you. They can also give you tips on shade choices and applying the mineral makeup. Getting the help of expert-for free!-is always a good idea when you're changing makeup. Especially since most of us have been using and applying makeup the same way since high school or college.
Too, anytime you change makeup, don't let yourself be talked into buying every single product in a product line. This is especially true when you're just starting out with this. Start with foundation and powder, along with maybe a blush. Try those first and then if you like them go back to the department store or online store and buy eye shadow and any other products you want.
Trying out mineral makeup is the only real way to find out if it's for you or not. With all the benefits mineral makeup offers, though, it's certainly worth giving it a shot, especially since people who do make the switch to mineral makeup never go back to their old traditional makeup. And that says a lot, don't you think?
