However, as the crash diet goes on and you continue to starve yourself, food binges will be harder to resist and the slightest mistake could set you off to regaining weight fast.
"Crash" diets, on the other hand, can also be advantageous to those who need motivation. The quick reward of fast weight loss is a good motivator to start you off into a healthy lifestyle.
However, remember that you shouldn't stay on a crash diet for too long. Combine a balanced diet with some intense physical activity to keep on losing weight.
