How To Have The Hottest Body On The Planet!

It takes courage and a commitment to do what it takes and stick to it no matter what. When you are true to your "yes" to my last posting, you would experience freedom to make choices in the midst of fear and uncertainty, and this is perfectly normal. When you make a committed choice, you would be willing to take on the following steps.

1) Consume:

a) fruits and vegetables that are:
fresh, raw when possible
in variety and different colors
preferable local produce
b) wholesome food & grains
c) fresh & nutritious foods
d) good quality probiotics in sufficient dosag
e) adequate clean water

2) Avoid:

a) cold drinks after meals, especially carbonated water
b) high sugary foods and drinks
c) deep fried and oily foods
d) dairy products, if possible
e) over eating,
f) putting off toilet visit when there is an urge

3) Eating habits:

Eat on time. Take time to eat in a relaxed manner to enjoy your food. Eating slowly gives you time to chew your food, and allow your body to tell you that you are full before you overeat.

4) Sufficient exercise:

Studies indicate that 60 minutes per day with a minimum 3-4 days per week is the best. If you are just starting out or have not been exercising regularly, avoid strenuous exercises. Start with one that your body can handle and progress from there. Seek professional advice if need be, on the type of exercise best suit you. Having proper food alone without exercise, does not work too.

5) Check labels:

Use chemical free toiletries and cosmetics. Your skin is the biggest organ that absorbs. It is advised to avoid using products which contain names of ingredients that you do not know or cannot pronounce.

6) Sound sleep:

Make it a habit to turn in before 24:00hrs - the last hour of the day is late enough, right? The best is at 23:00hrs.

The secret to mastery is: Practice. Practice makes perfect. This - you already know. The next thing is: JUST DO IT. When you practice the above 6 simple steps consistently, what opens up for you could be:

You would then be aligned with your body - internally & externally. Now you hear your body's prompting, leading and guiding you as to how, when, and what to eat/do and what not to eat/do - with ease and grace naturally. You are now be free to eat anything you want, and yet be fit and trim, maintaining your God-given weight and physique. With proper exercises and workouts, you can have the hottest body on planet earth. Weight issues, eating disorders, allergies, etc .can now be things of the past.

Being healthy is your right. Being healthy, you can contribute and make a difference to yourself, to others and the environment in which you live in. It is a choice you can make.
